KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute international growth strategies aligned with the holding group's vision and business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new territories for expansion (greenfield, brownfield, acquisition opportunities).
Build and maintain strong relationships with local education authorities, investors, school operators, and government bodies.
Lead the negotiation and due diligence process for new school acquisitions, joint ventures, and franchise opportunities.
Collaborate with legal, finance, academic, and operations teams to ensure seamless setup and compliance in new markets.
Manage international projects from concept to launch, including feasibility studies, business planning, and implementation timelines.
Represent the organization at international education conferences, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings.
Report regularly to executive leadership with updates on pipeline development, market risks, and strategic recommendations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
7-10+ years' experience in international business development, preferably within the education sector or school operations.
Strong understanding of international education markets, regulations, and trends, notably in the Middle East and/or Egypt.
Demonstrated success in expanding businesses internationally or managing multi-site projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in English (additional languages such as, Arabic, French are a plus).
