We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Internal Sales Representative

with

AutoCAD skills

to support our sales team and clients in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will handle sales coordination, prepare lighting layouts and proposals, support clients with technical drawings, and assist in converting enquiries into successful orders. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of lighting products, and the ability to work closely with the sales, design, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming sales enquiries and support the sales team with quotations and follow-ups. Prepare lighting layouts, basic drawings, and technical support documents using

AutoCAD

. Assist in developing proposals and presentations based on client requirements. Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Maintain updated records of enquiries, quotations, and orders. Support clients by providing product information, specifications, and technical clarifications. Ensure accuracy in drawings, pricing, and documentation before submission to clients. Assist in managing project timelines and coordinating internal approvals. Support after-sales coordination to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory

. 1-3 years of experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or a technical sales support role (lighting or construction industry preferred). Good understanding of lighting products and layouts is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Preferred Attributes

Experience in the lighting, electrical, or interior fit-out industry. Basic knowledge of pricing, BOQs, and project coordination. Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
