Internal Sales Representative

who can effectively promote our services, especially in

cosmetic dental and aesthetic treatments

, while building strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries. Convert leads into confirmed consultations and treatments. Present, explain, and promote

aesthetic and dental cosmetic treatments

(veneers, teeth whitening, Hollywood smile, braces, Botox, fillers, laser, facials, etc.). Cross-sell and upsell treatment packages to increase patient value. Follow up with patients to ensure high conversion and repeat visits. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales. Support reception and clinical teams for smooth patient experience. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Encourage client feedback and Google reviews.

Requirements

Prior experience in

sales or customer service

within

aesthetic, dental, or healthcare industry

preferred. Knowledge/awareness of

cosmetic dentistry and aesthetic procedures

. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media. Professional, sales-driven, and customer-oriented personality. Ability to work under targets in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
