Job Description
Conduct comprehensive
medical assessments
and ongoing evaluation of patients in their homes. Diagnose and managechronic illnesses
(e.g., hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease) in a homecare environment. Develop and adjustpersonalized treatment plans
, ensuring they align with patient needs and homecare protocols. Perform regularfollow-up visits
to monitor patient progress and treatment effectiveness. Coordinate care withmultidisciplinary teams
, including nurses, physiotherapists, palliative care, and other specialists. Educate patients and families ondisease management, medication adherence, lifestyle modification
, and preventive care. Identify and manageacute exacerbations
, providing timely intervention to avoid hospital admission. Supervise and supporthomecare nursing staff
, ensuring clinical quality and adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurateclinical documentation
in electronic health records as per regulatory requirements. Participate in internal audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development. Ensure compliance withDHA/UAE homecare regulations
and ethical medical practice.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
