Role Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Medicine Specialist/Consultant to join a reputed healthcare group in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to adult patients, diagnosing and managing a wide range of internal diseases, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities . Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans . Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions . Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging . Coordinate care with other specialists and healthcare professionals . Maintain accurate medical records and documentation . Adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory standards . Participate in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience . MBBS + MD/DNB in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution . Minimum 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience . Valid Oman license (OMSB/MOH/DHA) preferred or eligibility to obtain one . Strong diagnostic skills and clinical judgment . Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities . Commitment to ethical medical practice and patient-centered care
