Key Responsibilities:
Internal Control & Compliance Framework
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure process integrity.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of internal controls, reporting findings and action plans.
- Work closely with business owners to remediate control deficiencies and strengthen compliance.
- Lead the development and rollout of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit findings.
- Ensure prompt and effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare materials to build understanding of internal control practices across the business.
- Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
- Support the implementation of HSE policies and actively promote a safe working environment.
- Engage with employees, subcontractors, and visitors to raise safety awareness.
- Act as a role model for compliance with company regulations, including Code of Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflict of Interest policies, and more.
