The Role
Position Title:
Internal Auditor - Retail Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications. Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. : o Responsible for evaluating store operations, identifying risks, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance across all retail outlets and functions. o Perform surprise audits, inventory counts, cash checks, and stock verification. o Document audit findings, root causes, and risk implications. o Review store-level processes including billing, discounts, cash handling, stock movement, refunds, vendor returns, and promotions.Requirements
Preferably 40 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. (CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CISA are preferred but not mandatory). o At least 5-6 years of Internal Audit experience in the retail industry is mandatory. o Strong understanding of store operations, inventory management, and retail controls.
