Job Description

The Internal Auditor must follow the direction of the Group Chairman:

• Lead internal audit of Group by studying the investigating the gap and propose practical solutions
• Identify, develop, and establish needed Policies & Procedures;
• Conduct preliminary survey and risk assessment to understand the audit environment, in uding key business risks and control.ow up activities to ensure adherence to written and approved practices.
• Conduct preliminary survey and risk assessment to understand the audit environment, including key business risks and control.
• Determine audit areas to address identified risks.
• Apply solution-focused methodology to solve problems and evaluate root causes, findings identified, and recommendation formulated.
• Review the staffs\xe2\x80\x99 audit working papers and ensure quality standards are maintained, full completion of work and well supported findings.
• Prepare written reports to accurately explain the audit findings, their cause and impact on the defined objectives.
• Implement action plans with management to bring about the necessary improvements in the processes.
• Maintain an awareness of audit trends and \xe2\x80\x9cbest practices\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Plan and perform Internal Audits of Company Systems to assure compliance with relevant ISO requirements and established and approved guidelines and procedures for Company\xe2\x80\x99s business processes.
• Coordinate ISO registration & certification activities and external surveillance audits.
• Develop and maintain all manuals, forms other documents as per the requirements of relevant ISO standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and information reviewed or tested during audits.
• Perform any other responsibilities relating to this job request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager.

Minimum B. Com or equivalent. Should be ISO 9001 certified. Any additional qualification like ACA/CIA/MBA is a plus. Should have at least 12 years of work experience. At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in large external audit firms is a must. Should have experience in implementing ISO 9001 and in managing in-house ISO requirements.
