Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Internal Audit Intern

to support our team. The intern will assist in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits across multiple business operations at Battmobile, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process improvements. This role provides hands-on experience in auditing, data analysis, and reporting in a dynamic automotive service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting

daily enquiry audits

by cross-verifying data from CRM, call center systems, and WhatsApp communication platforms. Support

inventory audits

by reconciling physical stock with system records in Zoho Inventory. Perform

demographic audits

to ensure accurate customer details (name, email, emirate, etc.) are updated in Zoho CRM. Assist in

monthly facility audits

to check compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards. Maintain proper documentation of audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups. Prepare and share summarized audit reports with the Audit Head and management team.

Qualifications and Skills

Attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Basic knowledge of auditing principles and standards is a plus.
