Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Internal Audit & Finance Executive (Junior / Entry Level)

to support our finance and audit functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build strong experience in internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance within an industrial and trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting internal audits to evaluate financial controls, procedures, and compliance Support preparation and review of financial records, reports, and reconciliations Monitor expense claims, payments, and supporting documentation Assist in inventory verification and asset tracking Support month-end and year-end closing activities Identify control gaps and report findings to the Finance Manager Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field

Fresh graduates or candidates with

0-2 years of experience

are encouraged to apply Basic understanding of accounting principles and internal controls Proficiency in

MS Excel

and basic accounting software High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks This is a full-time, office-based role in the UAE. Salary range: AED 2,800-3,000. No experience required--fresh graduates are welcome. The role focuses on finance support, audit support, and documentation. It's a junior support position, working under management and with external auditors.
