Junior Accountant Entry Level
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Level Junior Accountant to join our dynamic engineering Client in Abu Dhabi. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in financial operations within a fast-paced, industry-leading engineering organization. The Junior Accountant will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance department by managing accounts receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. With hands-on experience in SAP NetWeaver AS and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, the successful candidate will contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

• Generate and send customer invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain and update financial records using SAP NetWeaver AS and other accounting systems.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under supervision.

• Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure data integrity across systems.

• Collaborate with internal departments to verify transaction details and resolve billing issues.

• Perform data entry and analysis using Microsoft Excel for reporting and forecasting support.

• Adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards.

• Provide administrative support to senior accountants and finance managers as needed.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver AS for financial data entry and reporting.

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reconciliation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
