AG Resources is looking for an Internal Audit Consultant for our reputable client. Location: Dubai Scope Objective: The scope of an Internal Audit encompasses the examination and evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of the governance, risk management process, systems of internal control structure, and the quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities to achieve the organization\xe2\x80\x99s stated goals and objectives. Below is a detailed explanation of the expected details to be covered in the proposal. The participating bidders, with their mandatory experience in handling similar engagements, are expected to advise on any further scope elements which are not stated below and deemed essential for the successful completion of this Audit Engagement. The internal Audit department would have a one-year contract with the respective vendor to offer relevant experts and qualified secondees for below mentioned periods. Requirements: Full-time expert having good insurance industry internal audit experience, especially in the respective operational areas to work full-time and closely with the audit team. Must possess in-depth knowledge of compliance with various regulations and guidelines issued by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), Capital Market Authority (CMA), and Council for Health Insurance (CHI) in so far as they relate to Audit engagements. Have detailed and adequate experience in maintaining working papers as per IIA and Internal Audit Department standards such as detailing the results, evidence, and the steps taken to reach the results for each control as per the audit program. Expertise in: Operational Audits:

• Reinsurance
• Insurance Operations (Underwriting, Claims, etc.)
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Financial Audits:

• Internal Controls on Financial Reporting including IFRS 17 & 9
• Financial Planning and Budgeting
• Corporate Finance & Taxation

Minimum 5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years of experience in an audit firm background. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
