Job Purpose

To work with the Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to plan, develop and implement all aspects of Khalifa University\'s digital marketing initiatives, to reach more people, and build stronger relationships internally and externally.

Operational Responsibilities

• Develop a plan for content requirements for each channel.
• Deliver Ad-hoc internal communication projects based on strategic priorities
• work closely with the internal stakeholders to deliver internal communications activities which encourage and support employee involvement and engagement
• Be responsible for writing and publishing content across the range of internal communications channels (Ex: internal mailers, digital media platforms)
• work with the Marketing, Design and Events team, sourcing content and ensuring it is relevant, accurate and engaging
• Support regular internal communications to staff
• Take personal responsibility for building and growing a network of contacts across the university
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organisation
• Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organisational perception and reputation
• Plan and coordinate a schedule of activity across social media and other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
• Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using appropriate reporting tools , so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
• Adhere to the University\'s information security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor\'s Degree in related field. Good oral and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate and engage professionally with all stakeholders

Required Experience

Expats: A minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

UAE Nationals: A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience
