Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist the rewards team in handling the operations of setting up campaigns for all our markets
Support in onboarding vendors and partners on the rewards program ensuring customers\' and partners\' best interests
Support in onboarding vendors and partners on the rewards program ensuring customers\' and partners\' best interests
Ability to identify problems and propose solutions within the domain
Help manage communication with stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for business development
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong interest in food technology, sales, and partnership development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to demonstrate product and industry knowledge
Take ownership and work within demanding targets
Duration of the internship would be 6 months post which the internship can be extended to a full-time role based on performance and mutual agreement
