This is an exciting internship opportunity with a fast-growing company in Digital Marketing, Web Development & Software Solutions. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to the IT industry, with a focus on developing skills in various areas such as technical sales, marketing, customer support, and project management. • Must be highly motivated and super creative with 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action
• Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
• Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire
• Well-versed in paid social media advertising
• Must have the hunger to learn & keep up to date with industry news and trends
• Must have the drive to team play (& welcome help)
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing
• Plan and optimize social media calendars (in-feed & stories), working closely with various clients
• Plan logistic around live capture and publishing across multiple platforms
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices
• To have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build solid client relationships
• Sense of humor is a plus!

CONTENT CREATION REQUIREMENTS: PLANNING - Plan monthly content & social media calendar.
- Collaborate with Sales departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience (in tandem with e-Business Executive).
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content (in tandem with e-Business Executive).
- Engage industry professionals/ influencers in content creation and incorporate their views in blog posts. DESIGN/ CREATIVE
- Create demo/ promotional videos to highlight key products.
- Manage & create content for website blog.
- Request Design team Design web banners for clients and company social pages.
- Request Design team for all digital posts & ads.
- Design weekly newsletters.
- Ensure consistency of brand awareness through execution of newsletters, social media events, internal or external activations and partnerships - Maintain harmonious relations with relevant individuals, groups, societies or clubs to ensure brand development and partnerships GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Social media marketing experience specially with tiktok, instagram, snapchat
- Experience in developing a social media strategy.
- Must have graphic design, copywriting skills.
- Photography & videography skills required.
- Basic animation skills a plus. Remuneration: Remuneration will be commensurate with experience
