**The Opportunity**

CBRE is seeking a motivated marketing intern to join its MENA Marketing & Communications team. Based in Bahrain, the role will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and the Bahrain leadership team to assist in the implementation of marketing plans, including to support our marketing and communication activities for commercial, retail and residential properties. The role will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, as well as helping with editing materials and managing various marketing-related requests.

+ Coordinates the development, production and distribution of various marketing materials.

+ Provides assistance to other staff members in use of marketing software applications to prepare marketing and promotional materials.

+ Identifies, coordinates and facilitates promotional events, corporate sponsorships and other marketing activities to aggressively build monthly traffic.

+ Communicates effectively with staff, tenants, public, corporate management and ownership. Keeps stakeholders aware of marketing activities and results through monthly reports, newsletters and ongoing correspondence.

+ Manages relationship with contracted marketing vendors. Obtains competitive bids for services and recommends service providers as appropriate.

+ Support the team in creating a wide variety of marketing material using existing templates that may include advertisements, executive summary brochures for both internal and client presentations.

+ Helps to uphold company brand standards and guidelines when working on projects.

+ Produces graphic design artwork to support marketing effort using technology and computer software packages for either print or web.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

**Our ideal person is someone who:**

+ Is currently a final year student majoring in the field of Marketing or a fresh graduate with less than two years' experience.

+ Is fluent in both Arabic and English
