The qualified candidate is:
– Motivated recent graduate from a recognized university in the UAE (Bachelor’s in HR / Marketing or any other fields in Business Studies)
– Must be on parent’s sponsorship visa (ready to provide NOC)
– Smart, young & dynamic candidates possessing a pleasant & outgoing personality
– Should be extremely driven and motivated with strong willingness to learn & grow
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
Below training will be provided by us:

Business Development:
– Client research & business development calls
– Client database management & follow up process
– Negotiation and potential client signing
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition:
– End-to-end recruitment cycle
– Understanding & preparation of job description
– Job application screening & assessment
– Executive level headhunting
– Conducting candidate interviews
– Client coordination & interview scheduling
– Coordination and negotiation in terms of selected candidate’s Offer Letter
