Activites
Customer Service Operational Activities
Represent the Company as the focal point between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of issues.
Manage the complete order-to-delivery process for designated markets, ensuring all activities are accurate, timely and compliant.
Perform order entries, invoicing, invoice uploading & supporting documents to customers, and shipping-related documentation.
Maintain accurate customer databases and VAT records, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee orders management and promptly close aged or pending orders to uphold database integrity.
Coordinate with Demand Planning, Sales & Logistics teams to enable timely order confirmations, fulfil insertion orders, and manage overall order status.
Plan, organize, and coordinate shipments with Logistics team to ensure timely loading and delivery.
Liaise with banks, shipping agents, freight forwarders, inspection authorities, and other third parties to complete export documentation and shipment procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments e.g. Logistics, Accounts, Technical, and Marketing departments for customers' requirements for each order as per the shipping and customer requirement.
Generate reports pertaining to sales orders, credit limits, deliveries and pending orders.
Any other duties relevant to the role, as assigned by the line manager.
HSSEQ OBJECTIVES
Strict adherence and compliance towards TEMME HSSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time with high Quality of HSSEQ performance
Participate in the training program to acquire HSSEQ knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by HSSEQ policies and Manuals.
Conduct joint safety tours as per annual safety tour plan with follow-up and closure of open points identified during the tours.
Participate in the Investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
Comply with CR-PROC-TEMME-HSE-024 - Light Vehicle Management procedure for TEMME.
Strict adherence to HSSEQ requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance, and professionalism regarding HSSEQ in all their activities
Participate in 5 levers of sustainability
COMPLIANCE OBJECTIVES
Ensure full adherence to the company's compliance program, encompassing economic sanctions and export control program, anti-corruption and fraud policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct in all professional activities.
Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or breaches of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention. Any other compliance risks identified during day-to-day activities should also be reported immediately.
Profil du candidat
Knowledge:
Fundamental knowledge of supply chain functions.
Knowledge of the following elements is an added advantage: commercial knowledge in handling Letters of Credits and export documentation, data applications, e.g. SAP.

Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to plan and execute tasks independently.

Experience:
Recent graduate or candidate with up to one year of experience in Customer Service or a related industry.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
