We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Arabic-speaking Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR operations while contributing to our organization's success.
Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and processes
Support recruitment efforts by helping to screen resumes and schedule interviews
Contribute to the maintenance and organization of employee records and HR databases
Assist in coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation sessions
Help prepare HR-related documents and reports in both Arabic and English
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Provide support in employee engagement activities and events
Assist with basic employee inquiries and direct more complex issues to appropriate HR team members
Contribute to the translation of HR materials from English to Arabic and vice versa
Observe and learn about HR best practices, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is essential
Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
Basic understanding of HR practices and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus, but not required
