Interior Site Supervisor (Interior Design Role)

As an Interior Site Supervisor who can also function as an Interior designer, playing a dual role in managing the execution and creative aspect of interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities while contributing design inputs, making real-time drawing corrections, and ensure the final outcome aligns with both the design intent and construction best practice.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Coordinate contractors, sub-contractors, vendors , and clients for smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Interpret and implement architectural, interior, and technical drawings and BOQs.

- Conduct regular site meetings to report progress and address issues with senior management.

Perform on-site spot corrections and updates in AutoCAD and 3D models

to reflect changes and maintain design accuracy.

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure site execution aligns with the approved concepts and mood boards.

- Make design decisions on-site, including material selections, finishes, and layout changes when needed.

- Develop and revise interior design layouts, furniture plans, and detail drawings.

- Handle client-facing discussions during site visits and present solutions when design changes are required.

- Maintain daily site logs and detailed documentation of progress, issues, and material movement.

- Oversee inventory, material deliveries, and ensure timely procurement coordination.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior design / Architecture / Construction Management / Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in interior design and site supervision.

- Hands on experience in managing interior fit-outs and renovation projects.

- Strong creative and technical understanding of interior design principles and trends.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including design coordination and on-site supervision.

- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
