The Signage & Interior Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for signage, branding, fit-out, and interior projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and BOQs to support project bidding and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Study drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for signage and interior works.
Take accurate measurements and quantity take-offs.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material pricing.
Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering options.
Assist in tender submissions and bid evaluations.
Monitor project costs and support cost control during execution.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
Prepare variation orders and revised estimates when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical or related field.
Experience in signage, fit-out, interior, joinery, and branding works.
Strong knowledge of materials like acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, wood, glass, lighting, etc.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimating software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Experience:
1-2 years of experience in signage, interior fit-out, or joinery estimation.
UAE/GCC experience is a plus
Female candidates preferred.
