Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Interior Project Manager

to oversee interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage interior design projects from initial briefing to final delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress to ensure adherence. Coordinate procurement of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. Conduct site visits to ensure construction and design work meet quality standards and project specifications. Resolve issues or delays promptly to minimize project risks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for clients and senior management. Mentor and guide project team members, ensuring clear communication and accountability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. 4+years experience as an Interior Project Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes. Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. UAE Driving License ( required)
