2-3 years (Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Exhibition Stands)
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and coordinate approvals.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
Provide technical support and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Prepare progress reports and assist the project manager in cost control and resource planning.
Key Accountabilities
Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Maintaining quality standards as per client and company requirements.
Effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Accurate documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
Compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
2-3 years' experience in Dubai in interior fit-out projects (mandatory).
UAE driving license preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED77,287.51 - AED93,077.42 per year
