Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Fit-Out Project Engineer

to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical aspects of design and construction, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations on interior fit-out project sites. Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and track project schedules, material submittals, and procurement plans. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure workmanship meets quality standards. Resolve technical and on-site issues promptly and efficiently. Attend site and client meetings, providing updates on project progress and resolving queries. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering. 3-4 years of proven experience in interior fit-out project engineering, preferably in Dubai or the UAE. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and finishing works. Familiar with UAE building codes and authority approval processes (DM, DCD, Trakhees, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. UAE driving license is preferred.

Currently available in the UAE, either on a visit visa or completed notice period who can join immediately
