Identify, meet, and engage with new and existing clients to promote company services.
Source new project leads, gather market intelligence, and participate in tendering and bidding across the UAE.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the company's products, services, and capabilities.
Generate high-quality sales leads, conduct follow-ups, coordinate with design and estimation teams, negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and arrange deliveries.
Apply solid technical knowledge of fit-out works and office furniture to support client requirements.
Conduct site surveys, evaluate project conditions, and prepare accurate estimates and commercial offers.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects on submitted proposals to close orders effectively.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Office Furniture.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients clearly.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to work within a team environment.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
