Interior Fitout Project Manager

Job Description
Looking for a project management professional with 5-10 years of experience to manage store interior fit-out works in malls across UAE, for one of our esteemed client on a contract basis of 1-3 months period. The position is based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided timeline, budget and scope.
- Must be well versed with UAE interior fit out market, have knowledge of requisite authority approvals including knowledge of fit out process inside malls.
- Understand interior detail drawings & BOQ.
- Should be able to track BOQ and costs diligently.
- Must be effectively monitor contractor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office.
- Efficient in coordinating between client, contractor & office.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Should be willing to travel within UAE.
