Job Description

Tasks / assigned:

  • Planning, preparing, ensuring and monitoring all types of projects in terms of schedules, quality, resources, budgets.
  • Handling the teams of Estimation, Design, Project Engineer, Execution and relevant administration team within organization.
  • Evaluating and appointing of Vendors/Suppliers/Subcontractors according to the requirement of respective projects.
  • Involved along with Sales team in Techno commercial negotiation with client in order to obtain the order with assigned GP.
  • Involved in Pre and Post Sales activities to support the sales team for successful completion of every order.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Delegate project tasks based on team members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Motivating and appreciating the team members periodically upon individual performance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
  • Managing diverse teams
  • Continuously acquiring product knowledge on recent development
  • Coordinating and making request for vendor/principal companies/sub contractors payments on time to ensure effective progress of project.
  • Coordinating during raising the invoices on time and follow up with respective sales team and approaching the client directly as on required supporting sales team.
  • In regular touch with principal product manufacturers like Bristol, Mobel Linea, Style Office, Milliken, Carpets Inter, Abimat, Sigma etc. to have healthy business relationship to avail maximum support.
  • Make sure to maintain the office decorum all the time.
Periodically reviewing the team members performance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
