We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Interior Fit-out Project Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the successful execution of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out projects.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Monitor project timelines and highlight potential risks or delays to management.
Ensure all works comply with quality, safety, and design standards.
Support in material approvals, procurement, and delivery follow-ups.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate snag lists until project handover.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience in interior fit-out project coordination within UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and construction processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
