gypsum board partitions, suspended ceilings, and acoustic wall systems

that meet international standards.

Key Responsibilities



Execute

high-quality installation

of gypsum board partitions (single/double layer), suspended ceilings (plain/designer), and related framing systems. Interpret

technical drawings, elevations, and BOQs

to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Fabricate and install

metal stud framing (C-channel, U-track), soundproofing insulation, and fire-rated assemblies

as per project specifications. Perform

tape-and-joint finishing, sanding, and surface preparation

for seamless paint-ready surfaces. Install

access panels, lighting cutouts, and HVAC integration points

with precision. Adhere to

safety protocols, material handling guidelines, and Dubai construction regulations

. Coordinate with project managers, MEP teams, and other trades to maintain

schedule compliance

. Conduct

post-installation inspections

and rectify defects before handover.

Qualifications & Skills



3+ years of UAE/GCC experience

in

gypsum partition and ceiling systems

(Knauf, Gyproc, or USG preferred). Proficiency in

metal stud framing, drywall screw-fixing, and skim coating techniques

. Ability to operate

laser levels, cutting tools, and drywall lifts

. Knowledge of

acoustic and fire-rated partition assemblies

(advantageous
