Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Fit-Out Site Engineer

to manage commercial and residential sites, with strong knowledge in

execution on site, HVAC, FACP, electrical, plumbing

, and the ability to

prepare and review MEP drawings

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and ensure execution as per approved drawings. Prepare and review

MEP drawings

(HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FACP). Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Monitor installation quality for all MEP and fit-out works. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely project delivery. Ensure safety compliance and manage snag-free handover.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 4 years' experience

in commercial & residential fit-out projects. Strong command of MEP and architectural drawings. Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and FACP systems. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
