Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Draftsman with a strong background in retail store drawings to join our dynamic design and project execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings that translate design concepts into buildable solutions, compliant with mall and local authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed fit-out drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed joinery/shop drawings. Coordinate with designers, project managers, site engineers, and mall coordinators to ensure drawings align with project specifications. Prepare submission drawings for mall approvals and authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence). Modify drawings based on client, consultant, or authority feedback. Conduct site measurements and translate them into as-built drawings. Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Draftsman in the interior fit-out industry, preferably with a focus on retail projects. Strong command of AutoCAD; Revit and SketchUp knowledge is an advantage. Experience in preparing mall submission drawings, especially for retail stores in major UAE malls. Familiarity with joinery detailing, MEP coordination, and authority standards. Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and speed. Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
