The role requires strong coordination with design, project, and site teams to ensure precision and quality in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate shop drawings, joinery details, and fit-out layouts as per design concepts.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, engineers, and project managers.
Conduct site visits for accurate measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations and company standards.
Incorporate revisions and client/consultant feedback efficiently.
Provide technical drawing support during procurement and site installation stages.
Maintain proper documentation of all drawings and revisions.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum [3-5] years of proven experience in interior fit-out drafting.
Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of materials and finishes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
