Job Description
Interior Fit out -MEP Draftsman (MUST BE UAE EXPERIENCED) Minimum 2years Experience as an Architect in DUBAI Projects coordinating with
DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, Meraas, DEWA, and DCD, in all kinds of submissions, \xc2\xb7 Making Feasibility Report on an urgent basis, \xc2\xb7 Completing Drawings and sharing Knowledge and innovative Ideas with the
draftsman.

- Should have at least 2 years of uae experienced as MEP Draughtsman in FITOUT company.
- Prepare detailed and accurate MEP (Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical/FF&FA System/Plumbing) drawings using CAD & any software, adhering to project specifications and standards.
- Electrical load calculations and others
- Preparation of shop/detail drawings and As-Built drawings
- Preparation of MEP coordination drawings and load Schedules
- Proficiency in using MEP drafting software (AutoCAD, etc.)
- Use computer-aided design software to create 2D technical drawings
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, components, and terminology
- Previous experience in drafting for MEP projects within the contracting sector
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes, regulations, and standards.
- Collaborate with Supervisor/Engineers and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into comprehensive technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Generate and update documentation, including equipment schedules, material lists, and construction details.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate MEP systems within the overall project design.
- Conduct field visits as necessary to verify existing conditions and gather relevant data for drafting purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 2yrs of minimum MEP draftsman experience with AutoCAD software and experience in Construction/Fit out company.
- Maths skills and attention to detail
- Associate\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture or engineering.
