We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Interior Fit-Out Supervisor

with

3-5 years of hands-on experience

in managing interior fit-out works. The ideal candidate will oversee all site activities, ensuring high-quality finishes, timely execution, and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects. Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Manage subcontractors, workers, and site logistics to ensure smooth execution. Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance on-site. Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly. Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, and other trades to avoid conflicts or delays. Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure that all finishes (carpentry, joinery, painting, ceiling, flooring, partitions, etc.) meet the required standards.

Requirements:

3-5 years

of proven experience as a

Supervisor in the interior fit-out industry

. Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and fit-out construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical details. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and deadlines. Familiarity with HSE standards and site safety practices. Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
