Job Description

Cost Estimation:

Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.

BOQ Preparation:

Creating detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to outline all project requirements.

Vendor Management:

Sourcing and evaluating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

Budget Management:

Monitoring project costs throughout the execution phase to stay within budget.

Project Analysis:

Reviewing client requirements, design specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate estimates.

Software Proficiency:

Utilizing software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit for design and estimation purposes.
Sales & Client Management:

Client Acquisition:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out market.

Client Presentations: Presenting design proposals and cost estimates to clients, effectively communicating the value of the project.

Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to close deals.

Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and project lifecycle.

Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.Combined Responsibilities:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Working closely with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure project success.

Site Visits: Conducting site surveys to gather necessary information for accurate estimations and design development.

Tendering: Preparing and managing tenders for projects.

Contract Management: Overseeing contract execution and managing any changes or claims.

Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, pricing, and new materials.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
