Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction. Control project costs to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards of workmanship and materials. Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations from project specifications promptly.

Client Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status. Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all project sites. Obtain necessary permits and approvals required for project execution.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

Lead project teams effectively, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction or fitout industry. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
