Job Profile: Are you passionate about luxury furniture and have a flair for sales? Slab House, the leading provider of exquisite luxury furniture, is seeking highly motivated and goal oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our products, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Your primary goal will be to build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the company. :

• Greet customers walk in customers and assist them in finding the products/services that meet their needs.
• Handle and answers any customer inquiries, complaints, and returns via phone call, email, whatsapp in a professional and timely manner.
• Responsible in maintaining the showroom ; arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
• Prepare a proper factory job card for all the sales order.
• Present and sell company products to current and new business customers through sales visits if needed.
• Coordinate with the design team regarding the client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members and factory manager to meet the client requirements and to ensure smooth and efficient process up until the delivery.

Qualifications:

• Female/Male who can join immediately
• Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in B2B sales and showroom in an advantage.
• Proven sales track records in furniture sales or customer services roles.
• At least 2-3 years of experience within the furniture or any interior design industry.
• Strong business sense and expertise in the interior & furniture manufacturing industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, team player.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• With valid UAE Driver\'s license is preferred.

• Showroom: 2 years (Required)
