Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Interior and Architecture Designer with a strong sales acumen to join our dynamic team. This role combines creative design expertise with the ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the UAE and will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional customer service, innovative design concepts, and effective project management.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Develop and present creative design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings. Conduct site visits to assess spaces and gather necessary measurements. Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and execution. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and sales targets. Assist in marketing efforts, including presentations, trade shows, and promotional events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design or architecture within the UAE, with a focus on sales preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and design trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
