Assist walk-in clients with design consultations, product selections, and layout ideas.
Create design solutions tailored to customer requirements, with a focus on kitchens, doors, tiles, and outdoor areas.
Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting products and closing deals.
Use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to create visuals and layout proposals for clients.
Coordinate with suppliers and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
Keep the showroom well-presented and updated with the latest design trends and products.
Maintain client relationships for follow-up sales and referrals.
Provide quotations, take measurements, and manage client records.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in interior design and/or sales within the home improvement or retail sector.
Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, DND, tiles, and outdoor design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven personality with a strong focus on customer service.
Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
