Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan and design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing indoor spaces. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to transform concepts into practical and beautiful environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget.
Develop and present design concepts, including color schemes, materials, furniture, and lighting.
Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D models using design software.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Select and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within budget.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
Coordinate the installation and finishing details on-site.
Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and materials in interior design.
Prepare and present project proposals, cost estimates, and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar.
Strong creative and visualization skills.
Good understanding of spatial arrangements, color theory, and materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
