Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and coordination of architectural and interior design drawings using tools such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop

. ?Support the design team in producing technical drawings and reviewing shop drawings submitted by suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate with, site engineers, suppliers, and contractors on design-related matters to ensure alignment and timely implementation. ?Track and document design changes, ensuring timely communication and integration into project documentation. ?Assist the Design Lead and Civil Engineer in resolving on-site design concerns and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. ?Aid in the preparation of material selections, mood boards, and presentations for management approval. ?Provide support in procurement by assisting with material take-offs, specifications, and supplier coordination. ?Maintain organized records of design deliverables, revisions, and approvals to support project timelines and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in

interior fit-out

of retail shops

.

Proficiency in using software's like

(AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop)

is mandatory. Strong understanding of design principles and technical drawing standards. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
