We are seeking a talented and organized Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who combines creative design skills with strong administrative and coordination abilities.
You'll be working closely with the Company Director, supporting both design-related tasks and day-to-day office management - ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist in design presentations, mood boards, and material selections for interior projects.
*Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams on design and fit-out details.
*Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
*Prepare project files, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
*Maintain design documentation, samples, and supplier records.
*Support the Director in administrative and personal tasks, maintaining full confidentiality.
*Handle inquiries, emails, and day-to-day communication on behalf of management.
Requirements :
*Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior design or fit-out industry
*Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Business Administration
*Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
*Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related design tools
*Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
*Professional, reliable, and able to work with discretion and independence
