Job Description
We're on the lookout for an Interior Designer with a strong background in
restaurant and hospitality interiors
. The ideal candidate will have the ability to bring concepts to life through stunning 3D visuals and detailed design development, creating spaces that leave a lasting impression.Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative design concepts tailored to each restaurant's brand and identity. Produce detailed floor plans, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using
3ds Max
and other tools. Select appropriate materials, lighting, finishes, and furnishings that meet both aesthetic and functional standards. Collaborate closely with clients, chefs, contractors, and project managers. Ensure all designs comply with local health, safety, and building regulations. Oversee design implementation and manage project timelines and budgets.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in restaurant or hospitality projects. Proficiency in
3ds Max
for rendering and modeling. Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Strong understanding of spatial layout, lighting, and material selection. Excellent communication, project coordination, and presentation skills. A well-curated portfolio highlighting restaurant/hospitality designs.Job Type: Full-time
