Job Summary:

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer cum Draftsman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing interior design solutions, preparing detailed technical drawings, and ensuring seamless coordination between design and execution teams. You will work on a variety of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects, ensuring that every space is functional, aesthetically appealing, and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations based on client requirements. Prepare

2D drawings

working drawings

detailed construction drawings

using AutoCAD or similar software. Create

3D visuals and renderings

to present design ideas (if required). Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately. Assist in

material selection

, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor elements. Conduct site visits and prepare site measurement drawings. Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Update and maintain project documentation and drawing records. Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Interior Design

Architecture

, or a related field. Proven work experience as an Interior Designer and Draftsman. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

,

Revit

,

Photoshop

, or other design software. Strong technical drawing and detailing skills. Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior trends. Excellent communication and visualization skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
