Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Interior Designer cum AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team. The applicant must have knowledge in interior fit-out, and joinery works. UAEexperience is a plus, but talented freshers well expert in sketchup and autocad are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare design layouts and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD(Must) Creates designs using Sketchup(Must) Create concepts and technical drawings for interior fit-out projects. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), Material Sample Board and quantify materials based on drawings and site conditions. Coordinate with project and site teams for smooth execution. Ensure accuracy and quality in design deliverables.

Requirements:



Proficiency in SKETCH UP,AutoCAD and MS Excel etc.(Please dont apply if you don't know these softwares) Knowledge in interior fit-out, and joinery detailing. Ability to prepare BOQs and material take-offs. Attention to detail and time management skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Salary:

based on skills and experience.

Qualification: B.Arch/BSC/Diploma
