Interior Designer cum Admin

to join our team and contribute to exciting residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts, space planning, and layout solutions for residential and commercial projects. Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and 3D renderings to communicate ideas to clients. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories aligned with client requirements and budgets. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD, 3DMAX, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant software. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing pricing based on approved price cards, drafting quotations for approval, and maintaining project documentation. Assist in project scheduling, vendor follow-ups, and progress reporting. Maintain an organized design and material library.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field. 1+ year of experience in interior design (freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply). Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, 3DMAX, SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, or similar. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and general office tools. A creative portfolio showcasing design skills. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to multitask and balance both creative and administrative responsibilities.
