Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect and Interior Designer with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest architectural design software and possess extensive experience in designing both residential and commercial interiors and landscapes. The role requires a creative individual with strong project management skills and the ability to lead and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Expertise

Utilize AutoCAD, 3DMax ,Lumion, VRay, SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop to create detailed architectural designs and presentations. Design interiors and landscapes for various residential and commercial projects, including luxury homes, offices, retail stores, restaurants, and hotels Develop initial design concepts, including layout, color, lighting, and material selection. Ensure all designs are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing while adhering to standard requirements. Prepare 3D presentations and sample boards for client submissions and approvals. Offer creative solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives. Visual awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
Project Management and Communication

Manage design projects from conception to completion, coordinating with other design professionals to ensure the construction pace, work schedules, and site requirements are met. Provide leadership and team management, presenting design proposals to senior management, executives, and design review teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients. Participate in the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure the budget, scope of work, and materials are correctly quantified. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and design guidelines. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DMax ,Lumion, VRay, SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop for the preparation of landscaping, interior, and carpentry design works. Prepare detailed drawings for approval from different authorities, including Dubai Municipality and clients. Ability to create Bills of Quantity (BOQ) when required. Coordinate materials and costing as needed. Conduct site surveys and measurements, as well as provide site supervision when necessary. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Accreditation from the Dubai Municipality (DM) is an advantage. 3-5 years of proven working experience as an architect in the UAE. Previous experience in a Pool, Landscape, Interior, or Contracting Company. Has a UAE driving license.
