Conduct site visits to review and assess project progress, resolving issues promptly to maintain quality standards and timelines.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Review and interpret design plans, drawings, and technical specifications to guide on-site construction teams.
Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure accurate quantity calculations with the team.
Source and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of work.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
Maintain open communication with the design and engineering teams to implement changes or updates as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the execution process.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Applied Arts major in Interior Design & Furniture or similar.
4+ years of proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions) with an excellent portfolio of previous works.
Skilled in meeting clients, reviewing all plans and drawings, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Capable of conducting site visits and preparing detailed quantity calculations (BOQ) with our current team.
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and design precision.
Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from engineering execution to final delivery.
Experience in sourcing and coordinating with contractors, workers, and suppliers is essential.
