- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that design concepts are executed accurately during the construction phase.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept, budget, and project timeline.
- Identify and address design-related challenges that may arise during construction, proposing solutions that maintain the project\'s design intent.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including site reports, progress photos, and quality control documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for clients (if required), providing updates on construction progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in architecture or interior design. Additional certifications or training in construction management is a plus.
- Proven experience in construction site management, with a focus on interior design projects. Prior experience in coordinating with contractors and tradespeople is highly valued.
- Proficient in CAD software, 3D modeling (BIM), and other relevant design and construction management tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining design integrity throughout the construction process.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and address design and construction challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders.
