Position Overview

We are seeking a talented

Interior Design Project Manager

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role combines creative interior design expertise with strong project management skills to deliver high-quality interiors for both

holiday homes

and

private residences

. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of each project from concept development through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

Develop comprehensive interior design concepts tailored to each property's purpose (short-term rental or residential use) Create detailed space plans and apartment layouts optimized for functionality and aesthetic appeal Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and client-ready presentations Select furniture, finishes, materials, and decorative elements aligned with project budgets and timelines

Project Management & Procurement

Lead the

end-to-end apartment launch process

: from signing contracts with property owners to final handover Manage the

entire project lifecycle

, including design development, procurement, and installation Personally source and purchase furniture, fixtures, and materials from local Dubai suppliers and showrooms Handle all procurement activities, including: Price negotiation Quality checks Order coordination Track delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of all items on-site Oversee contractors and installation teams to guarantee work meets design and quality standards Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues Complete final project handover: For

holiday homes

: transition to the booking/operations team For

residences

: deliver finished unit to property owner

Essential RequirementsExperience

Minimum

1-2 years

of hands-on experience in

interior design

and

project coordination

Proven experience in

residential design projects

and

furniture/material procurement

Strong portfolio showcasing

apartment or residential interior design

Technical Skills

Proficiency in interior design and 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar) Strong understanding of space planning principles, material specifications, and building codes Excellent procurement and negotiation skills Familiarity with

Dubai's retail market

and

local supplier network

Ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously

with strong attention to detail

Communication & Language

Fluent English

(written and spoken) - Essential*
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills Self-driven with the ability to take

full ownership

of assigned projects

Legal Requirements

Valid UAE Driving License

Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
